Keynote, invited and contributed oral presentations

Speakers are asked to arrive at the meeting room about 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to familiarize themselves with the controls for the computer, microphones, AV equipment, and timer. An AV technician will be on hand to assist you if necessary. Presentations should be uploaded to this Indico website at least one day before they are scheduled. To upload your materials, select 'My Contributions' tab on the left side. Find your contribution, scroll down to the 'Presentation Materials' section, and upload files in .pdf and if preferred in .pptx formats. Should you experience any difficulties with the upload, please send your slides to the conference organizers as soon as possible (np2025@ikp.tu-darmstadt.de). Also bring a copy of your slides on a USB stick to the session, just in case. The official language of the conference is English. The time slots allocated for the talks include presentation, discussions and change of speaker. Therefore, speakers should prepare their talks with a duration such to allow for questions from the audience. The presentation time slots are as follows:

Poster presentations

Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference. The abstract ID numbers will be clearly visible on the poster stands. Pins will also be available on the stands. The poster session will be held in the Foyer of the Wilhelm-Köhler-Saal during the second evening of the conference on October 7, 2025. Poster presenters should be available to present their work and answer questions during this session. |
